Last Friday marked my 6th time to take care of marketing materials for a brand new store. It feels awesome to see it from its construction stage…
…all the way to the finished store! :D
CBTL Centris Walk
Seeing it from start to finish really makes me appreciate the hard work that everyone puts into building one. Really, my heart gets all warm when i enter a store on its opening day! Everything is brand new, the murals are freshly installed, there’s a free drink for everyone from the Support Center (Head Office), and Ms. Becky, our Purchasing Manager finally gets to breathe a sigh of relief. Her job is done. (At least for now!) The Team Members are busy prepping everything for their very first customer, the District Manager is making sure everything is perfect, and my boss goes around rearranging chairs and tables to places where he’s sure they fit best.
Store openings are busy days, but they’re awesome and fulfilling nonetheless. My favorite part is when we bless the store and pray that all our customers who come in will feel welcome, loved and served in the best way possible. :)
I’m excited for tomorrow because we are again opening another store! :D We are suuuper blessed with lots of opportunities and we are suuuper duuuper grateful. :)
Good Life // OneRepublic
Today my sister got into fashion school (her big big dream!), i got to visit my good friend at work & see her look all fashionable and grown-up, my officemate came back from a trip with yummmy Macau egg tarts for all of us, i realized that i’m at the homestretch of finishing a project for work that will come out this holiday season (i’m sooo beyond excited for this!), i saw the sellers at National Bookstore bring out their Christmas decors, and although i won’t be joining LSDC-Street, Contemporary and Alumni during their big opening performance at the UAAP Cheering Competition this Sunday, I know i’ll be with my mom, dad, siblings & little cousins baking yummmy cookies in our lola’s kitchen. :)
It’s rainy mornings like this that make me feel a gazillion times blessed for having my dear old Max.
I’m not his first owner. He’s got lots of scratches in front and his plate number is deformed because of an accident i got into before. His driver seat window is a different color from the rest because it got broken 2 weeks ago when i collided into a motorcycle. His brakes were screeching and making squeaky sounds, and when you turn on the airconditioning, more sounds come out.
But he keeps me nice and warm and dry on stormy day drives to the office, and that’s pretty much all that matters.
